1. Time and Location Regulations: Le House Art will notify the time and location in advance so that customers can view the products before participating in the auction if they feel it necessary to see the auction items in person.
2. Registration and Participation Regulations: Everyone must register in advance to participate in the auction at www.lehouseart.com. Le House Art will approve after verifying the registered account and participation on the website by sending an email and calling the registered phone number.
3. Bidding and Price Increase Regulations: Each auction participant will be guided through the bidding steps on the website. If there are any questions, please contact us immediately. Participants can place a higher bid than the starting price by increasing the bid by the minimum amount specified on the website.
4. Payment and Delivery Regulations: The winning bidder must pay a deposit of 20%-30% depending on the auction session, within 7 days after the auction ends. Upon receiving the deposit, Le House Art will arrange delivery to the winning bidder and receive the remaining amount.
5. Auction Cancellation Regulations: If the winning bidder does not fully pay the auction amount or does not pick up the item within the specified time, Le House Art may cancel the auction result and decide to re-auction the item.
6. Complaint Regulations: If there are any complaints regarding the auction process or auction results, participants can contact Le House Art staff for resolution.
7. Viewing Rights: Auction participants have the right to view the items beforehand and can request Le House Art to send additional photos or videos via email. We will provide attentive support for distant customers.
8. Deposit Obligation: Auction participants are obligated to deposit 20-30% as per the specific session’s regulations. We will provide detailed guidance on the website. After winning the auction and depositing, Le House Art will contact to arrange delivery and receive the remaining payment upon delivery.
9. Right to Cancel Receipt: Customers can cancel the receipt if the product does not match the advertisement or the quality as advertised.
10. Le House Art’s Responsibility and Commitment: We commit that the information and images provided for the auction are 100% accurate. If there are any discrepancies, customers can contact us for negotiation and return of the item.
